01 — The advisory

The details deserve your full attention.

Private, tailored guidance for travellers navigating visit visa applications from Dubai. Every engagement starts with the right questions, a precise document plan, and an honest view of your timeline.

Who we are

An advisory,
not an agency.

The Visa Company is an independent private visa consultancy based in Dubai. We work with a small number of travellers at a time, which is deliberate: the value in this work is attention, and attention does not scale.

We are not a visa agency that processes volume, and we are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or official visa provider. We sit on your side of the table. Our job is to make sure that when your application is read, nothing in it raises a question you could have answered in advance.

How we work

Most refusals we see are not about substance. They are about presentation: a bank statement that opens a question about funding, an itinerary that does not match the stated purpose, a missing document nobody flagged, or an application filed at the wrong consulate. Those are all avoidable, and avoiding them is the work.

The appointment comes first

For Schengen applications we do this in the order that actually helps you: we secure the appointment, then we onboard you. You are never asked to assemble a full application before anyone knows when you can submit it, and if we cannot secure an appointment we do not take the engagement.

What we will not do

We do not use tools that circumvent official booking systems, and we do not promise outcomes that are not ours to promise — the visa decision belongs to the visa officer alone. If we think your application is better filed in three months than this week, we will say so, even though that is the less profitable answer.

If your route is one we cannot genuinely help with, we will tell you that at the consultation rather than take the engagement.

The engagement

Four steps, in order.

1

Consultation

We understand your travel, your circumstances and your timeline — and tell you honestly what is realistic.

2

Document plan

A written list specific to your route and situation. Not a generic checklist copied from a consulate page.

3

Review

We read your file the way a consular officer will, and tell you what it raises before it is submitted.

4

Submission

A final checklist, plus guidance through booking, biometrics and the appointment itself.

Private consultation

Begin with a conversation.

No obligation. Tell us the route and the dates, and we will tell you what is realistic.
