03 — The appointment guarantee

Your appointment, before anything else.

For Schengen applications we secure your appointment first and onboard you second. If we cannot secure an appointment, we do not onboard you.

The Schengen appointment guarantee

We secure the appointment
before we take you on.

Most consultancies ask you to assemble an entire application before anyone knows when you can actually submit it. We think that is the wrong way round. For Schengen applications we establish your appointment first — and only once it is confirmed do we formally onboard you and begin the documentation.

Subject to availability, the appointment secured may be for an alternative Schengen country rather than the one originally requested. A specific date, centre or appointment type is not guaranteed. This guarantee applies to Schengen applications only; the UK, Canada, Australia and other non-Schengen destinations follow separate processes.

Timing matters

Early options,
when they exist.

For time-sensitive travel, we help you prepare for the earliest suitable appointment opportunity — sometimes within seven days. Appointment dates are never guaranteed and depend entirely on official availability.

“Expertise is knowing what to prepare before the opportunity arrives.”

How slots work

Why availability
moves so fast.

Appointment slots are not released on a published timetable. They appear in two ways: scheduled releases, when a consulate opens a new block of dates, and cancellations, which surface continuously and unpredictably as other applicants change plans.

Cancellations are where most genuinely early appointments come from, and they are usually taken within minutes. That is the whole reason preparation matters more than monitoring: a slot is only useful to someone whose documents are already in order.

What we do about it

We watch the release patterns across the Schengen desks and act on them, which is how we are able to guarantee an appointment before onboarding you rather than after. Where your first-choice country has nothing suitable inside your travel window, we will tell you which alternative Schengen country does — and what applying there means for your itinerary.

Where the limits are

We guarantee that there is an appointment, not which one. The specific date, application centre, appointment type and destination country all depend on what is genuinely available when we book. If nothing suitable can be secured, we do not onboard you and you are not charged for an engagement that cannot proceed.

We book through official channels only. We do not use automated tools against official booking systems — consulates cancel bookings made that way, and you would lose both the fee and the slot.
