Private, considered guidance for travellers applying from Dubai — Schengen, UK, USA,
Canada, Japan, China and Australia. From the first question to the final checklist.
Your visa journey should begin with a confirmed appointment, not a pile of paperwork.
That is why our Schengen process starts by securing your appointment — and only
then do we formally onboard you and begin preparing your application.
01
Secure your appointment
We work to secure an appointment that suits your selected country, location and service, subject to availability.
02
Begin your consultation
Once confirmed, we formally onboard you, understand your travel plans and review your circumstances.
03
Prepare the application
We guide you through documentation, application details and preparation for the appointment itself.
Standard appointment
Attend the designated VFS or BLS application centre.
Platinum Lounge
A premium appointment experience, where available.
Doorstep service
Submission at a location of your choosing, where offered.
Subject to availability, the appointment secured may be for an alternative Schengen country rather than the one originally requested. A specific date, centre or appointment type is not guaranteed. This guarantee applies to Schengen applications only; the UK, Canada, Australia and other non-Schengen destinations follow separate processes.
Where to begin

Some destinations offer visa-free entry or a simplified entry route to certain UAE
residents. The rules depend on your passport and your residence status, so check the
latest official requirements before booking.
Georgia
UAE residence permit holders may enter Georgia without a visa for up to 90 days in any
180-day period, subject to conditions. The residence permit must be valid on both entry
and departure, and the passport valid for at least 90 days. Additional restrictions
apply to certain nationalities.
Armenia
Armenia has announced a temporary visa exemption from 1 July 2026 to 1 July 2027 for
nationals of specified countries holding a qualifying UAE residence permit valid for at
least six months from entry. This is not available to every nationality — check
whether your passport is on the official eligible-country list.
Montenegro
Montenegro’s temporary 2026 arrangement for certain UAE residents is conditional,
including residence-history, travel and package requirements, and applies only during
its stated period. It is not a general, year-round visa-free benefit for all UAE
residents.
Entry requirements can change. Always verify the latest rules with the destination’s
official immigration authority or embassy before making travel plans.
