Who we are

The Visa Company is an independent private visa consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect through thevizacompany.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. If you submit the enquiry form, that is:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you provide one
• The destination route and travel timing you select
• Anything you write in the message field

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you send us through that channel.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not track you across other sites.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, to advise you on your visa route, and to stay in touch about the engagement you asked us about. That is all. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Who else handles it

Enquiries submitted through the form are delivered to our email by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service acting as our processor. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach us. Our email is hosted by our email provider. Both handle your data on our instructions.

Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash. When your browser requests those files, those providers receive your IP address as part of the ordinary request, as with any third-party asset on the web.

We will disclose personal information to an authority only where we are legally required to do so. We do not share your information with embassies, consulates or visa providers unless you have asked us to act on your behalf and have agreed to it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 12 months. Where we have worked with you, we keep records for as long as needed for that engagement and for any period required by UAE law, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.

Keeping it secure

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send passport scans, financial statements or other sensitive documents through the website form — we will tell you how to share those securely once we are in touch.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your enquiry and your details
• Stop contacting you

Email contact@thevizacompany.com and we will respond within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Where an application concerns a minor, we deal with their parent or legal guardian.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.

Scope

This policy covers this website only. Pages we link to — including the appointment availability trackers operated by SchengenAppointments.com and any official embassy, consulate or visa provider site — have their own policies, and we do not control how they handle your data.
