Straight answers on guarantees, timelines, costs, refusals and the documents you will be asked for. If your question is not here, ask us directly.
Do you guarantee a visa?
No, we do not guarantee visa approval. Our responsibility is to help ensure that your documentation is complete and prepared in accordance with the applicable requirements of the country you are applying to. The visa decision is made solely by the visa officer, and we do not influence that decision.
Do you guarantee an appointment date?
Yes. For Schengen visa applications, we guarantee an appointment before onboarding a client. We first secure an appointment and then proceed with onboarding. Depending on availability, the appointment may be for an alternative Schengen country rather than the country originally requested. We offer three appointment types: Normal Appointment, Platinum Lounge Appointment, and Doorstep Appointment. If we cannot secure an appointment, we do not onboard the client. Appointment arrangements for the UK, Canada, Australia, and other non-Schengen destinations follow separate processes and protocols; this Schengen appointment guarantee does not apply to those destinations.
How early can we book a Schengen appointment?
With our priority service, we can secure a Schengen appointment in as little as 2 days, with appointments typically available within 2–7 days, depending on availability.
Which countries do you cover?
We support visit visa applications for all 29 Schengen member states, as well as the United Kingdom, the United States (B1/B2), Canada (TRV), Japan, China, Thailand, Singapore, and Australia (subclass 600). If your destination is not listed, please ask us. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right people to help.
What does the process look like?
For Schengen applications the appointment comes first: we secure your appointment, then formally onboard you. From there it is a private consultation to understand your travel and circumstances, a written document plan specific to your route, a review of your supporting documents and travel intent, and a final submission checklist with guidance through biometrics and submission. You stay in control of your own application throughout.
What documents will I need?
The core set is usually a valid passport, UAE residence visa and Emirates ID, recent bank statements, proof of employment or business ownership, confirmed travel and accommodation arrangements, and travel insurance. The exact list depends on your destination and your circumstances — that specific list is one of the first things we prepare for you.
Which country should I apply to for a multi-country European trip?
As a rule, you apply to the country you will spend the most nights in. Where nights are split evenly, you apply to the country you enter first. Getting this wrong is one of the most common reasons a Schengen file is rejected on a technicality, so it is worth confirming before you book anything.
Can you help if I have been refused before?
Yes, and it is worth telling us early. A previous refusal changes how a new application should be presented. We will review the refusal grounds with you and be straightforward about whether reapplying now is sensible or whether waiting and strengthening your file first would serve you better.
How long does a visit visa take?
Once submitted, short-stay Schengen decisions commonly take about 15 calendar days and can extend to 45 days where additional scrutiny applies. UK, US, Canadian and Australian timelines differ and change through the year. We give you a realistic window for your route at the consultation rather than an optimistic one.
Do you also handle the UAE Golden Visa and domestic worker visas?
Yes. We advise on UAE Golden Visa eligibility routes and support long-term residence applications, and we handle visit visa applications for domestic staff travelling with a family — nannies, chefs, drivers and other household employees. Both follow their own requirements and document sets, which we set out at the consultation.
What does the advisory cost?
Fees depend on the route and the level of support you need. We quote a flat fee in writing before any work begins, and we take no commission tied to your outcome. Government, embassy and provider fees are separate and are paid by you directly to those bodies.
